We offer three tiers to suit diverse needs: Baseline provides history, core labs, validated risk calculators and wearable onboarding; Advanced expands with extended cardiometabolic panels, inflammatory markers, imaging and sleep assessment; Elite/Research-grade adds multi-omics profiling, longitudinal phenotyping and optional clinical trial access. These programmes serve executives, health systems and individuals seeking proactive, scientifically grounded longevity strategies.

Clinical governance and safety

Our clinical services adhere to Scotland’s Healthcare Improvement Scotland regulations and, if expanded to England, Care Quality Commission standards. Remote consultations follow GMC principles of consent, competence and documentation, with pathways for escalation and referral. We avoid unproven interventions and maintain a formulary governed by evidence-based guidelines, ensuring patients’ safety and informed consent at every step.

Data and AI & app enablement

Should we introduce digital tools, our software will be developed as regulated Software as a Medical Device. We will register with the MHRA and meet UKCA marking requirements, align with NICE’s Evidence Standards Framework, and ensure NHS DTAC compliance. Our information security management system will follow ISO 27001, and software lifecycle controls will incorporate ISO 14971 risk management and IEC 62304 development standards.

Personalised assessment protocol

Our assessment begins with a comprehensive intake: history, family risk, medication review, and goals, with consent and data-sharing preferences recorded. Baseline measurements include vitals, anthropometrics, validated questionnaires and core cardiometabolic labs. Genetics or multi-omics testing is offered with pre-test counselling and strict governance. Longitudinal follow-up features SMART goals, quarterly reviews, repeat testing where indicated and behavioural coaching to ensure sustained progress.

Commercial model and KPIs

We operate on an annual membership model with defined tiers of clinical contact and testing cadence. Corporate and health-system programmes are also available, alongside white-label licensing for partner clinics. Key performance indicators include retention and adherence rates, improvements in modifiable risk factors, achievement of personalised targets, and zero serious clinical incidents.
